To maintain a safe marketplace, all users must verify their identity. We collect your South African ID document, which is securely stored and encrypted. This information is used solely for verification and fraud prevention and is never shared with other users.
Listings on Loopzie must use photos and videos captured directly through the app. We do not allow uploads from your device gallery. This ensures that all media is authentic and verifiable. Media you capture is stored securely and associated with your listing.
All payments are processed by TradeSafe, a licensed third-party escrow provider. Loopzie does not collect or store your credit card or banking details. Please refer to TradeSafe's privacy policy for information on how they handle your payment data.
